About the role

As a senior member of our Service Delivery Team, you have considerable experience within IT/Digital solution delivery to internal & external customers. Your experience enables you to client face with autonomy, managing both the expectations of Denver and our clients. Opportunity and growth are always front of mind for you to create internal growth for you and your team members as well as identify and pursue growth for Denver through the value delivered to its clients.


This role will have opportunity to mentor junior members of the team and work across different clients, solutions and industry sectors.

You will have

  • The ability to contribute and lead continuous improvements into our delivery practices
  • Manage effective resource allocation, forecasting resource needs and pipeline opportunities
  • The ability to develop and manage project scope, cost, schedule and risk
  • Plan and manage multiple, projects within our client organisations
  • Contributes knowledge and experience into our internal and clients teams
  • Build trusted working partnerships with clients and business teams
  • Single point of communication for client stakeholders


Advantageous

  • 8+ years Project Management experience or similar
  • Proven ability to manage scope, cost, schedule and control change in a dynamic project environment
  • Experience in the Energy & Resources sector
  • Certified PRINCE 2, PMBOK practitioner and/or similar methodologies
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience in authoring commercials and managing contractual deliverables, including strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Agile Scrum experience
  • Agile Scrum certification (or relevant Agile cert)
